Project:  ICT co-ordinator, teacher trainer, teacher, Cambridge English oral examiner: Setting up of an IT team and an iPad project. In house training session and local DELTA tutor for module 2. Teaching from ages of 3 to C2 adults. Cambridge English oral examiner for FCE and VYL exams (Starters, Movers, Flyers).

Project/event: Language school management: Managing a team of newly qualified and experienced teachers,

designing & delivering in-service training and development programme, managing quality inspections from

EAQUALS and International House World Organisation, setting up a new CELTA training centre, liaising with local

primary and secondary schools, setting up a pilot project to provide Teaching Assistants for Primary & pre-Primary

classes in the Cantabria region, mentoring first time conference presenters.
