ZOOM INTERVIEW (held in Spanish)  – classroom teachers in the Plan Ceibal programme in primary and secondary classes to evaluate motivation.

ZOOM Workshop Webinar (in English) Ceibal en Inglés Webinar: Motivation, engagement and participation

The aims of this workshop are twofold:

1)    Clarify the RT’s role as ‘transformational leaders’ by understanding that it is their own vision for change and improvement that will drive the increased motivation, engagement and participation of the learners.

2) Causing excitement in the RT about the impact of their role which can be ‘highly contagious’ and which can  potentially ‘infect’ both the CT and the learners as a shared ‘attractive vision for language learning’ is generated.
